not sure where to ask this, but im lookin for a good mma school for my 6yr old son. i want to start him early and i dont want a weak training program i want one that will really train him to be confident in any situation. i would like one that will allow me to go with him i could use some freshing up on my skills lol.
if anyone knows a good one close to lawrenceville and that has a good reputation and instructor let me know...and it must be mma thanks

Take your choice, unfortunately I can't give you any 1st hand knowledge because I don't stay in lawrenceville.
I'm so glad MMA is exploding the way it is.....I wish paintball would explode like this.

Actually theres this newer guy that learned under Gracie that teaches up in gwinett or however you spell it.
But yea, paul creighton has a gym down in midtown and is highly recommended among a few mma forums I regular. Then again, you should find an instructor that suits you/your son's style of fighting rather than just any decorated instructor. (note: I'm not knocking paul, because he's the man, I'm just saying find someone you like personally because if you do it right, you'll be spending a lot of time with them and learning a lot. Didn't you notice you learned the most from teachers you liked in grade school?)

You should put him in a boxing gym. A well know ex boxer (Rodger Mayweather) that was trained by him in boxing, has a gym in lawranceville.
But if its MMA ur looking for, here u go. I've met this guy many times. Heard from many ppl that he is one of the best in NE GA. Trains and good friends with Forrest Griffen (sp)...
