That thing was for sale about a year or 2 ago on Ebay. The Tango and Cash truck. Went for like $2500.00 or something.

As for the ladder thing, were they Americans i'd just suggest carrying a fat girl with you to stand on to get in and out of the truck. But since they are Japanese, that won't work.
