I am about to turbo my 93 da, and i have a blox a/c and powersteering compatiable mainfold and i trying to figure out what i should for the intercooler set up.. i am not trying to cut a lot off my support beam if i have too.. and i am not going to cut out my grill in the front of it.. i do want to it to look as stock a possible and clean.. what is a good intercooler size that i should get.. i am only going for about 300whp max.. i was think about getting a 31X8X2.5 size intercooler!! What are some of you guys running when it comes to intercooler size on a 90-93 intergra thanks..

i had to cut up my da. i ran a narrow but wide intercooler. pretty much went from turn signal to turn signal. i had to trim my bumper to fit it in, and notch the turn signal housings for coupler clearance.
also had to remove the horn brackets and cut away the bottom corners of the core support. hood bracket was also cut and modified....
kinda a days work to get it all 100%.
couldnt even notice it froma distance when i painted it flat black.... kinda stealth mode type shit.... looked sick with the innercooler sprayer

You should run a VW/Audi side mount.
They handle 20 PSI on my old setup.
pm me if your interested.
