The one JITB posted actually looks nice and looks like it's modded beyond sight. Calling cars like the one you posted as being modded has long been over. Throwing plain wheels on a car and lowering it does not constitute a modded car. Later, QD.

And that's under the assumption that the one I posted is stock minus the wheels? IIRC the one I posted also has a ZE swap and with better wheels, in my opinion, even if they are OEM Mazda.
