I went to sleep at 12:15 (VERY early for me), now it's 6am and I can't go back to sleep. Why would it make a difference if I went to sleep at 3:15 and woke up at 9, or this bullshit? lol

i go to bed at 10:30-11 usually, and have to get up at 6.

it just all depends if u want to do things late at night or early.

Unforchantly the people attached to the boobies usualy wont shut up long enough to let you go to sleep.

Same here and it's annoying as fuck, especially on the weekends when I have absolutely no reason to wake up early and I'm tired as hell but my body won't allow me to sleep late.

I think the issue isn;t what time you go to bed it's the amount of sleep you get.

Those of us that contribute to society by working full time have to get up everyday at a certain time. So the amount of sleep we get is based on when we go to bed. The earlier we go to bed, the longer we sleep, hence the healthier we are.

lol its 1:41pm i just woke up like 10 minutes ago haha. i can sleep for days if no one wakes me up.
