not necessarily. we have some whites in the group. also some blacks in other delgations. talk to the preseident for exact qualifications

You can join the Asian Delegation. I am assuming you're in Wu Tang though.

Haha, he already made it clear from the start in the original draft thread that he's gonna be a neutral party.
