I am upgrading to the iPhone and switching over to AT&T, so I am selling my itouch (1st gen) and my Samsung Instinct. The ipod was mainly only used in my car. It is the 1st generation and is in EXCELLENT condition. I just recently upgraded it to the 3.0 software and it is 16GB...

My insticnt is also in great condition. I've had it for less than a year. It comes with EVERYTHING listed in the picture. Stylus (never used), Ear phones (never used), Box, instruction manuals/cd, data cable, extra battery (not pictured), car charger (not pictured), sd card, and case (if you want it)
