AKA a "caddy" They were made here until 83 or 84, but continued being made in other countries...

My first car was a 81 VW Rabbit Pickup, diesel, 4 speed...topped out at 65mph. It was amazing...no ac, no options, got close to 50mpg.

I've actually looked at several since mine but never found "the one".I'm now 41 or 42 vehicles later and I still want another. One day soon I hope...

If anyone has a link for this one I'd love to read more on how they get the swap in there and properly mounted.
