im curious... why do you have a wheelie bar on a hatch?

streetstuff
10-10-2005, 09:44 PM
so it will not do a wheel stand

during a hard launch with a FWD car it still lifts the frontend and can lose traction, so the wheelie bars keep the lift to a minimum by keeping the car from rocking backwards and keeping the weight on the frontend.

Damn I wish this was in my budget right now. Looks good. Good luck on the sell. BTW, for anyone curious. What specs is this built to conform to? NHRA, NDRA, ???? Just curious, I know the wheelie bars and cage along w/ some other stuff have to be to certain specs for different series. Just thought it might be some helpful info to have.

thats a nice looking ride. what does it do the 1/4 in. sorry if someone has already asked

that all depends on the motor you put in it.

edited: SORRY thought it was the shell only.. that single cam is pretty "ballsy" if thats even a word. old school carborated.
