Attention: SRT-8 Jeep on I-20 WB (Panola Rd.)

Hey man didn't know if you were on here but just wanted to say good race!

For the ones who don't know what I am talking about i'll explain...Ok so I was headed back from augusta on I20 WB to Atlanta and around Panola Rd I was just cruising around 85-90mph and the Jeep rolls up from nowhere. I was admiring it for a while and all of a sudden he hits the gas and catches the cars in front. I was like hmmmmm.....I have never really raced one of these I wonder how i would fare. So I caught up to him and was riding around 80mph and he sees i am giving chase and he kicks it up and starts moving through traffic quickly I drop it from 6th to 5th to give chase so he doesnt get away and just follow him through the cars. We get to a small piece of clear road and I jump beside him. I had the window down and i motioned with my hand when i was beside him to slow down. We both slow to 55ish and i did 3 honks and we both hit the gas! I think i jumped just a hair...but anyone who does the three honks i believe will always have just a bit advantage since they know when the 3 honk will come but from 3rd gear to 4th i get maybe a car on him and from then on from 55 to around 125-130 i just keep that car length. He stayed pretty close and when we caught the traffic and slowed he jumped beside me and rolled down the window. I offered one more race and let him do the 3honks but he was exiting so he waved and i acknowledged him and we parted ways.....

it was blacked out car/rims/tinted all around and it had some red lines going up the hood i could see it in the rear view but two african americans were in it....and thanks guys i would like to race one from a dig i like digs the best but i couldnt help it he tempted me lol

the car is currently getting new front tires, springs, spacers and the alignment after that also the rest of the body kit is going on friday so when its all done ill pm you i really want to see one from a dig so ill let you know ok

^well everyone doesnt know just the 2 guys in the jeep and thats why i posted to see if they were on here to say good race didnt really get to talk to him...so i figured i would see if he was on here to tell him. and i figured if i just said good race people would have asked what happened so i just went ahead and told the story at the same time killin two birds with one stone :)

nice run, but srt8 jeeps suck from a roll, were dig monsters. we can cut 1.6 60 fts on the street all day. but only trap like 102-104 stock.

no thats not my z i think i know the silver z your talking about i live down hwy 154 just a few miles from lower fayetteville rd. where is the best places to race around newnan if you dont mind just pm me that info....thanks oh and btw is it stock? just wondering, all the z has is a nismo short ram intake...actually kinda surprised i beat him
