I dont understand why people cannot be honest. I posted a gun up for sale on floridaguntrader.com - I have had good luck on there in the past. I usually ship my stuff to my father in law via a ffl neighbor of his or just meet my father in law halfway.
With that being said a guy said he would take it. I told him there would be a bill of sale required. I gift my guns to my FIL and he sells/trades them so no third party stuff. I get all the stuff boxed up. Ship it dont with extra insurance $28 and its headed down. Then it all went to shit. Guy wouldnt answer the phone. Then answered and said he didnt know about bill of sale. Then he gave excuse after excuse. After that he said that we were doing shady business by sending across state lines and third party and blah blah blah.
He threatened me with the ATF - oooohhh I am sccccarrreeddd.
