What do you mean new clutch? It's manual?lol. And How fast will it go?

^ Not a manual, it has a centrifical force clutch. When you hit the gas, it grabs the flywheel. It pretty quick with me in it. I think 15-20 MPH. You can set a limiter for kids to ride it.
