problem: i bought the car for my girl as a dd but it had a blown headgasket. The car was sitting for over a year before i picked it up. fixed the headgasket and went to go crank it and it wouldnt start...checked the timing(spot on) the i ran the code and it came up electronic load detector. (never had this code before) checked for spark...none... i borrowed my friends dizzy and the car started. my question is, does that code mean th dizzy is shot or will a cap rotor coil ignitor fix the prob. dont wanna spend the $$$ if its pointless you kno:screwy:
