MAG: Massive Action Game Information/Discussion Interactive showed up to the Sony PRess Conference in Los Angeles for E3 2008 to talk about their newest giant video game project, MAG. MAG stands for Massive Action Game, which may sound like a misnomer, but from what Sony is showing at the show that may just be facts. MAG will support up to 256 players online, in eight player squads. Each squad gets a captain and there is a character growth system that allows players to level up. Medics, commandos, and field demolition characters are just some of the character types. This all takes place in one world, which according to the trailer is a dirty, barren kind of place. I was sent a email to which I had to explain why I should be allowed to participate in the test. Also the testers are seen playing at GameCon in Germany to show the abilities of 256player to 128player matches

No they are really shooting for an early Jan release date, which is the reason why I report any and all bugs I find in the closed beta, I want this game to release on time. also the Open Beta (Qore Subscribers get in) will be mid Sept. :goodjob:
