For those guitar players and musicians, this guy was the man.

If you got a chance to see him live it was truly something to behold. He has been performing at the Iridium Jazz Club in Manhattan every Monday for a while. It was really amazing, and he put on a great show in his old age. I saw him 3 years ago and was blown away.

OMG:(. This is a truly a sad day in music history. Too bad he will probably not get the coverage, giving people the knowledge of what a true legend he really was. He helped mold the music industry. Wow this is saddening. Reps to you for posting this news.

I heard and read about this earlier. Sad thing to happen but he was almost 100. I'm sure he had a great life. hell of a person.
