Anyone on here do that? How much does it usually cost? Looking into buying a house and I have no idea how much something like that runs....

Got are house in Feb and it cost $350. But can range anywhere from $300-$500.

just bought a house in june and paid 350 for it. and they saved me almost 1500 by what they found about my septic system and got the seller to fix it. deff a must if your buying a house

That or get a friendly general contractor to come check out the house, they might do it free if you guarantee all the work it needs fixing.

Yeah, I thought about that, but because it is bank owned, To negotiate any work, I have to have a license inspector come out....

Like I told you before because there is no disclosure make sure you have a termite inspector come too.
