Hey-

I am looking into gettin a new car.

I have paid off one car (the civic i have now)

I am in school and my loan is in deferment.

I have all my bill paid off, a 4 yr credit history and a GOOD credit score.

The dealer siad i would get a prime rate?

Is this true?

Does my student laon effect my car loan?

if it's in good standing you should be fine.

It's isn't defaulting is it? Student loans are the easiest loans to manage representatives are always willing to help if assistance is needed.

I was just reviewing my credit score, and it does affect your credit history. Its going to be listed on there just like everything else. As someone stated earlier, it is probably just going to be a satisfactory thing vs. a bad thing.

If your loan is in good standing and you havnt missed any payments... and its in deferment it will actually help.. because it looks good on your credit... (thats what help me get my tracker)
