Dainese and Teknic Jackets for sale

I two size 40 jackets for sale.. One is the Dainese Horizon jacket only worn a few times, and is excellent condition, retails at cycle gear for 449.99. The other is a Teknic mesh jacket that shows some wear, but still in good condition. I will let go the Dainese for 350.00 and the Teknic for 25.00. Is the size in US or EURO? (is the number 40 on the jacket? or converted to US size of 40?)
