I think the hood/trunk would look good gold. I understand they're CF and you want that to show (I would too) but on a paint scheme like this, i think it should be painted.

Not sure if I would have gone that direction, but those wheels match it perfectly so good job.

&& yeah, I'd leave the hood and trunk unpainted.. it might be too much gold if they were painted, but thats just my opinion.
