Those of you who know Leisa Lowenthal.. Who passed October 7, 2008 (my mother) We're trying to get a bunch of people together at Atlantic Seafood Company off North Point Parkway On October 7, 2009 at 4pm. Be there, it's a dedication for her. :goodjob:

What I mean is if you want a good showing for her, wouldn't you think it would be better to have it a a time were people could show up? Like on a Saturday or Sunday. Or if you insist on it being during the week, at least make it at a time that is NOT during most people's normal working hours.

This is just my thoughts on this, Bri. Not trying to be offensive/mean, but to let you know you may not get half a dozen people at the date and time you've posted. Later, QD.

I understand that, but they don't come out there at 4pm. It's usually around, what, 7 pm when folks really start turning out.

They aren't at 4 PM. I believe what QD is getting at is, if you're going to have it during the week it would help matters to have it later in the day, say 6 or 7 so people have time to get off work and be there.


That being said, I'd like to be there but I'll be out of town from the Friday before, until the following Monday. Hope the meet goes well :goodjob:
