ok so here is mr crabtree demanding all this money apparently. he is unproven, missed the NFL combine, and he is not even participating in camp. he is no better than percy harvin or macklin talent or speed wise to me.

He askin $23 mil guaranteed. He wants to make more than Hayward-Bey, who was drafted 7th to the Oakland Raiders... but Crabtree is saying he deserves more than Hayward-Bey because all the Mock Drafts had Crabtree going before him. Fuckin mock drafts... ???

I think its bullshit that a rookie can come into a league like the NFL, which is flourished with proven veterans, and that rookie can demand more than those veterans who have been putting their time and body into this sport many times before that rookie was even born. For Fuck's sake where did these sense of entitlement come from for my generation?

I read this last night and it is ridicules. I think he has a lot of nerve to make such demands especially when has not even played a single down as a pro football player yet.

this is why i say they need to crack down on signing bonuses and pay for rookies, until they prove themselves.

This is why I am a fan of standard rookie contracts. It will eliminate these problems. I do think rookie contracts should be significant though for those players that don't make it.

Crabtree wont be a bust unless he has injury problems. This is a result of an overaggressive agent and Crabtree's supersized ego. It wouldnt be the first time an agent created a supersized ego either has Crabtree always seemed to have a good head on his shoulders while in college.

whatever, it's his own problem at this point. he has already pretty much ensured that he won't have an impactful rookie season.

bastard.........took him as my last pick in Fantasy Football. could be a ploy to buy time due to him already nursing a minor injury.

I say sign him to a all incentives 100 million contract. Then pay him 100k for catching 2 passes all season
