I got a new car, and I love it. Its an 1998 Acura TL. No pics yet. But I want to put a little money into it to make it a little better and not so stock. I was thinking intake, and was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this brand intake (http://www.erzperformance.com/product_p/301-150-101.htm)/type car and could give me some feedback or tips. (Yes, its a 2.5 unfortunately, I'd prefer to have at least 200hp for a daily, but had to settle)

I had a Weapon R intake on my Accord for some time. I loved it, very good sound, looked great in the engine bay, but not sure as far as power gains. I would recommend them though. Plus, they are a large company.

The 98 TL's are very good looking cars. Even though they are 11 years old, it still is up to date on the looks. Plus, I would take one over the new Acura body style anyday.

K&N = simple, works, and you don't have to take anything out that you'll regret losing. As far as short ram intakes, Weapon R isn't a bad brand at all, they've been around for a while and do their job.
You'll spend a lot more money than you would by getting a K&N from an auto parts store for around $44 though, it'll give you horsepower and save you money in the long run when you won't need to replace the filter for the life of the vehicle.

Its a well built car, the last TL to be built in Japan. Since they are they built in Ohio and designed in Cali.
Good luck with mods though, they are tough to find.
