oem foglights install

im trying to install oem foglights on my 99 altima gxe (only se gle models come with foglights)....whats the best way to connect everything..the foglights do not come with a harness..however im gna do a hid conversion on them..help a fellow ia member out..and if u know of any junyard swhere i can easily find them
