The lip peice is part of the whole kit on the car, I dont like mixing kits up, And this one is very subtle and clean so Im staying with it :)

Nope, Its factory paint and clear, Just plenty of time polishing over the years paid off...lol

Honda OEM paint on that 2000 should be PPG anyway so your good!
