Just got my ass busted by a looked like an 09 Viper red with black strips with a big ass wing on the back that looked like a big ass bleacher. I was cruising up the freeway and came across him so I dropped to 3rd when I got beside him and hit the blowoff valve and he just took off "unexpectingly". That basterd pulled about 5 cars on me from 70-145/150 or so:eek: that thing was mean as hell. I don't know what it had done but it was loud as hell though sounded good. Maybe if I would have been ready it might would have been closer but not by much cause it kelp pulling away the farther we went. Guess I need to do some more to my car now but oh well I guess you win some and you loose some so back to the drawing board. It was fun though did not expect to come up on that.

It sucks cause I thought it would be closer than that cause I walked a 96 model before pretty good but I guess the newer ones are alot stronger. I don't think it was stock cause it was really loud and I don't think it would be that loud from the factory. My car has straight 3" exhaust all the way back and the Viper was way louder than mine was. Anyone ever seen a 09 Viper run the 1/4th what are they getting stock?

If so, they are pretty damn stout. Close to 560whp stock, and 0 - 150mph in less than 17 seconds, quarter mile in the low 11's at around 130mph. Ironically enough, the Coupe is actually faster than the ACR since the ACR has a ridiculous amount of drag. The cars actually create 1000lbs of DOWNFORCE.

Thanks man, it was on the freeway right next to all the shaliford road car lots were we kicked them off. I think that is just right over the TN line or right at it i'm not sure. I did not get to see what kind of tag it had cause everything happened so fast and I had to get off my exit before I could get back up beside him. Would have loved to kick them both at the same time to see what would have happened.

lol, me too. I don't even know if it was a young guy or old the window's were so dark I could not even make out a person driving. Wish I could have got it on video even if I did loose. It sucks everytime I have a camra nothing goes down but when I don't have one I always get into something. I would like to get some more video's on the internet with me winning I am one for one with video's on the internet right now. My one win was against that white hatch after the v-meet with the k swap spraying and I lost on the other to another big turbo neon at 26psi with me only on 13psi I should not have even wasted the gas on that one.

ACR is exact opposite and at home on couch in twisties. It's not really a straight line car eventhough it has the power. It topped out at 167 or bit lower on salt flats because of downforce it creates.

No it was the ACR unless it was made to look like one and I was along way's from steele like maybe 250 to 300 miles.

If it is red with silver stripes and aftermarket exhaust that guy lives in Griffin. Pretty nice guy. I ran him in my 350zTT at Reynolds. He was just learning how to drive the car though so I won, but about 6 months later he got me from a redlight in town lol.

I Havnt seen any of the new ACR's yet those things are sick as hell. They are slower then a regular srt-10 coupe in a straight line and have a drag limited top speed of like 170 or 180 because of the downforce they produce. Those things are straight up track cars though with fully adj coilovers and a removable front splitter even the wing is adjustable in the rear. But damn ur car seems to be very impressive as well
