Not 100% sure. I know there is a shop in Alabama called Wild Bills Electronics. The owner, Wild Bill McDowell, is on the MECP Board. I think he hosts trainings and testing sessions every now and then....

there is a school in Boston called Ritop (http://www.ritop.com/) from what i have heard its one of the best. it started of by a guy named Joe Boston that did mobile electronics for years until he decided to open up a teaching school to the public. i have looked into both schools Ritop and Mobile Dynamics and they both seem fairly good.
the one your talking about chuck is http://www.iitaudio.net/home.htm , located in orlando.
