I'm trying not to let my prejudice and absolute hate/loathing for anime get in the way of the fact that it's still related to X-Men... But if you grew up watching the cartoon on Saturday mornings, have read the comic books, had the action figures... well... :sicks:

I actually agree with you here. The recent meldings between american comics and anime have been pretty upsetting. Witchblade was made into an anime and it was awful. The manga (Witchblade: Takeru) wasn't bad, but that's about it. I think they're trying to capitalize on the same group of kids that they captured a few years ago with the anime-inspired Teen Titans.

Hey, FUCK YOU. I think it looks pretty cool. Its about time Japan took something American and twisted it into what they thought it should look like. Go Sony. Its just a different shade of wolverine. In X-Men he wasn't exactly the brightest stick, but "he could fight good", where as in Japanese they add an element of grace to his motions as well as a lick of intelligence.
