No offense, but if you're just 2 weeks away, it tells me that either A- you don't have the running but have high hopes of it being fast or B- You have it running and you're doing the break in period on the motor and you're hoping like hell to turn up the boost sometime. I think it's appropriate to say that if you haven't got the car running, why run your mouth about what you don't know is true or false? Get your shit running first, do your test and tune and then go talk shit. You got your shit backwards :yes:

Thanks man. I think it's definately quick for what it is, but by no means fast. I should start by adding parts onto it to make it somewhat faster. You know, like a bigger throttle body or some cams or something. Who knows, I might make more power....

and if you need help with the suspension let me know as well...my cars straight as an arrow on stock springs and airbags alone, JJ knows his stuff when it comes to suspension

car in my sig is a daily driver. 10.98 for a GTO is impressive. The idea behind my comment was more along the lines of im not going to bow down to an 11 sec pass. The comment wasnt in context to the car. A 13 second pass does not impress me, but a geo metro doing it would. Obviously a 10.98 for a GTO is respectable.. and is respectable for any street car.

^^Ebay headers, Lowes CAI, a lil bit of cutting here. A lil bit of welding there. A fidanza flywheel with a stage 2 clutch. That's about the highlights. I guess they make a decent combination. I'm not that big on looks anyways.

Actually, it works very well in the protege. I went from 28mpg to 34mpg. I have other plans for it too :ninja:
