i really need your help with my ek fog lights

i just got fog lights for my 99 civic.

i took off the bumper and made holes but i dont know what to do from here.
it just doesnt line up.

can anyone come help me put them on? i live in norcross.

i will pay u for your help and supply drinks (:crazy: ) if need be.

actually there should be a place to trim out for your fogs so that they bolt right up if you bought the right ones!
