me neither.. i just race, other than a few drag races thats all i do. but after playin GT for soo many years, its only so many times you can do license test, and drive on trail mountain to 99 red balloons, in stock looking cars. After the first 6 month GT is a snoozer.. you just play to complete it, and get all the cars, that you have no use for anyway. And you put a million hp into it, and beat up on the cpu...and u can log on to the super wack PSN, and race people in a silent room, in your stock bodied, non-painted 800hp cars. GT is and always will be a solid game, but its far behind.

I still prefer the GT experience. When i play the Nurburgring in Forza 2...i get really frustrated because it looks so non accurate compared to GT4.

Also...the cars in Forza 2 are easily modeled when compared to the details in GT5. I remember reading the F40 took PD 6 months. That is why GT takes this long. Every bit of the game takes a long time to create.

And how do you know what will be in GT5? Kaz has said the initial trailer shows less than 20% of the game.

Im not comparing Forza 3 to anything yet as i have not tried it. What i compare is what i have played and GT5 is still an unknown to everyone.

I didn't think this little bit of info needed its own thread but i will say that Lamborghini and Bugatti will be in the PSP version of GT that is about to be released. That essentially confirms the brands for GT5.

forza 2 didnt have any crazy bugs.. besides the money cheat.. that was patched. It has a issue with freezing sometimes when u go thru your cars too fast.. but thats more of a scratched up disc issue than anything.

the Hud glitch is more of a Trick, than a major issue. The only real pain in the ass, is the freezing. My shit freezes constantly as well...lol and it is pretty annoying, b/c ive bought like 2 copies already. but its def far from a glitch filled game.

i wont lie ive never seen any of the track glitches...lol and ive never seen anyone do the hud glitch. Might be b/c i play with old folks, and the Uk ppl alot, and dont really drift. I know alot of little kids do exhibition races..

I don't see a problem with it. Especially if it is a performance oriented SUV like the X6 M. On the other hand, i've always wanted either Forza or GT to include the V12 LMR powered X5 from over a decade ago.

To add....for the off road stuff (which Forza lacks) what about the Dakar Raid buggys. I know GT4 included the 85 Dakar Pajero and the 2005 winner but i
want the likes of the Bowler Wildcar, Bowler Nemesis, VW Dakar Touareg and Tarek, and Robby Gordon's Baja Hummer.

Now, i understand these aren't production suvs but they all should still have a place in these games. The most important element i look for in a game like this is variety. I wanna be able to race the most random things against each other.

Like....an ITC Mercedes C Klass, vs a GT2 Oreca Viper, vs a Formula 3 Dallara Tom's, vs a GT300 Mooncraft Shiden, vs a HSV V8 Supercar, and a Group B Lancia S4. :yes:

played it last night.. its a demo so i can't complain! 1 track 5 cars.. i'm practicing my drifting so i can be good when the full game comes out.
