There are little things wrong with it that I do not have the time or the patience to fix. Don't get me wrong, the car runs fine and drives well. I drove it all the way to Myrtle Beach and back with no problems, and I also drive 70 miles to and from work everyday. Just annoying things wrong that I don't feel like fixing.

What sort of problems are you talking about?

Needs new rear tranny mount (which I have), needs new struts or not coilovers, driver door only opens from inside (I know how to fix it and have made it work I just don't have the time/patience to deal with it).

So basically, I'm looking to trade this car for one worth slightly less in the hope that the new owner will appreciate that once these small, annoying things are fixed they will have themselves a very clean, good running JDM front integra.
