I'm just curious as to what cameras you guys use, whether it's a DSLR, point and shoot or even 35mm . I have a Olympus E-520, Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ7 and an old school Olympus OM-PC 35mm. I am predicting that the majority will be Canon and Nikon, but you never know...

Canon Xsi for nice photos
Canon SD630 for quick/spontaneous photos & video
Olympus Stylus 6000 for underwater photos & video
Cell phone for un-planned photos/video when I don't have any of the above on my person.

sony cybershot 3.2 mp is what I started out on.
xti: was my first dslr... it has logged over 20k shots now, the shutter will probably fall out of it soon. it is beaten to a pulp with no eye cup, missing rubber thumb rest, body scratched and paint rubbed off. The lcd screen is oddly still in great shape though (probably because I always kept a tripod shoe mount that hung off the back to protect the screen)
xsi (with grip): had it for about a year coming up this fall and have made a living off of it. It has served me well and with the user interface and custom controls I have it dialed it perfectly. *after shooting with this camera, looking at the xti lcd is painful a 3 inch extra bright screen is a godsend*
I'll probably always stick with Canon cameras.
I shoot sigma glass because I am value minded (and if anyone out there is still using the kit lens on their d-reble get rid of that junk!). I suggest the sigma 17-70mm 2.8-4.5 great all around lens, paired with a decent flash it is capable of almost anything within its field of view.

Sony a700 w/grip.
Started out with the a100 and had to upgrade after my photography needs outgrew the camera.
Love it.
