View Full Version : FS: '94 - '95 Supra TT shell

Ok, so this car isn't "officially" for sale, and I don't have a whole lot of information for it....but I figured someone on this site might be interested, so I thought I'd post it up. This is a previous Knowledge Performance car. The story is MTI bought a car trailer (I'm assuming form them) and this car was in it when they opened it up, so now it's sitting behind their shop. They really don't know much about the car, don't have any pictures, and haven't even put any effort into selling it yet. But here's what I have:

It's either a 1994 or 1995 Supra Twin Turbo body - hard top with wing
It's a complete car with brakes, wheels, etc, it's ONLY missing the drivetrain
It does have an aftermarket suspension with coil overs
The wheels are not original
The car is white. Body seems very clean and in good condition, although the
passenger side rear brake duct has come loose and the hood is pretty
scratched up, and doesn't line up perfectly
The car was used for drifting
The interior is pretty much stock, leather seats look pretty worn
The rear of the interior looked pretty much stripped

I'm sorry I don't have any pictures or anymore info, I don't know much about these cars. It looked like it was in good shape. I asked two guys at the shop (neither were the owner) and they just threw the number 10 - 12 grand out, but I'm sure they'll take whatever is reasonable.....neither really knew what the car was worth and was just throwing a number out there. sounds like Durhams old car, ive seen it if its the same one. He was supposedly doing some nasty motor in it.

Old Knowledge people can comment on it, maybe Btlfed knows more about it since he used to work there back in the day.

interesting... but 10-12 seems unrealistic. any chance at some pics? and when you say no drivetrain.... does that mean no motor, no tranny, no rear end?

if this is the hard top 6 speed, and the body is in good shape with interior, they will get that with a clean title EASILY.

That cars worth $25000-30000 with a $6000 motorset

This is correct. It is a full car with no drivetrain components.

No, MTI is in Kennesaw. I'm sure you could call them and they'd let you come by and look at it, no problem.

If they ask who told you, tell them Brad Blanchard....I don't think they know me by my screen name.

great looking body but IT IS NOT a hardtop and has a rebuilt/salvage title :( just fyi for all the guys interested. body looks to be extremely straight and would still be a great car if someone wanted to do a motorset in it imho :2cents:

i know i'd still rock it with np at all :cheers:

ls1 stroker turbo with a 4l80e w/ transbrake and you have a low 10/mid 9 car after the suspension is tweaked and you could daily drive it and get 19+mpg's :cheers:

if they will give me a good offer. i will buy it. LSX stroked to maybe a 434 or something. Twin T'bo it. i think it would be sick. 9 second daily:eek:
