Depends on what model. If it was an NA, I'd have to say gasoline, matches, and a good smack in the face for buying a NEON in disguise.
If it was a GSX or GST model, I'd say turboback exhaust system.

I agree with this guy.
But if it's turbo, get a GOOD blow off valve, safc2, and wideband... then turn the boost up :goodjob:

For real though Google DSM Free mods. There are a few that make a big difference. They don't take long either. After that then start spending money. Always get the free mods out of the way first. That is if it is a Turbo car. If not you my friend are screwed.:goodjob:

lol at all the hate.
Anyways, whatever you do, do NOT buy crappy cheap parts... Or you will be rewarded with what you paid for. AEM wideband, 3 inch exhaust, upgraded turbo, cams, bigger fuel pump and injectors, and have fun... This is of course it it's a GST or GSX.

Yeah do all the free mods first. I would say a FMIC is a good place to start. more air in+more air out = more power. keep that in mind.

for sale sign.
I second this. Invest in a GSX or a nice GS-T and keep it mild.
