Cant figure out the name of a movie...need assistance

Ok kinda weird but i need help naming this movie,Its about a girl that has cancer and is dying and her and a use to be bad ass from her high school fall in love and he finds out shes dying and shes has a list of things she wants to do before she dies and he makes sure she does them and blah blah blah and he drives a red chevelle or something to that nature.
