Stuttering Problem

I have a 96 DX Hatchback that I use for daily driving and it started stuttering and I got the P0304 code(cylinder 4 misfire detected). It doesnt stutter in 1st at all and I also notice I have crack in the exhaust manifold(header) right by the oxygen sensor and I was wondering if it could be that or is it just faulty spark plugs or wires.

mis on 4 can be anything from loss in comp, spark (plug or wire) or fuel. find out what u dont have enough of.
