Help finding a realator!!!

Can anyone help me find a realator that will feed me some customers that needs loans for houses? The reason being is, i am trying to start a part time job as a loan officer, but my broker said i need to find a feeder before he will train me. LOOK BRo, this will never work for you.. You cannot come ON IA for a realtor handout, thats not the way this business works man. Most Loan Officers are aggresively pursuing new contacts via cold calling on realtor offices on a daily basis, only to ger a shitty impossible loan that you cant even do anyways...

If you cant think of anyone you know to help you out than just quit, because trying to get a realtor without any formal training will not work??

How are you gonna sell yourself and your service?? Uhm.. do you even know what LTV is or DTI.. or the difference between stated or full doc loans??? what about your standard closing costs? I mean anyh realtor is gonna ask you some very basic questions like the ones above and throw you about 500 curve balls in the mix!!!!!

Basically what I am saying, is that .. targeting realttors with out experience makes about as much sense as a man trying to be in porn movies with out a dick?? It'll never happen

I think if you are going to start as a Loan Officer you are starting the wrong way. Your Boss is telling you find a feed to give you customers. why would an agent give you customers when I am sure they can close their loand with someone else and maybe get comossion from them. Anyways, i think you need to find customers and get to know some agents that can help you, so you can help each other ex: you give him a customer and he gives you one. You also need an agen that knows the Real State bussines very well, if not you would never have a binding agreement/contract. if you need help finding an agent i can help you myself, but i wanted to let you know how the bussines works most of the time before someone else tells you.

My feelings aren't hurt a bit. I know how this forum is...full of BS talk all the time. Most ppl are so negative about things don't know why. Maybe because they were never successful in doing anything so they want to put others down or is it your too good for everyone else. And why wouldn't an agent feed me customer if i am trying to become a loan officer. Actually, I did find an agent.. from someone that gave me a number and i contacted that agent. He said he would be more than happy to help me out. I am not asking for them to feed me all their customers. I am starting from ground zero, but it takes time to learn. If no one ever gave anyone chances then where would yall be making money from??? You could have gone to school and got a diaploma for it, but does that mean your good at the job??

Ignore the BS'ers that only sit around and say what you can't do, but never actually go out and do anything themselves. So many "experts" on here that know everything about everything....except how to make money (with a few exceptions). :lmfao: Do your own thing and don't worry about fucking up.
