I have an h22 trany question please help.

I have an automatic jdm h22 transmission for sale and there is a guy who wants to buy it but he has an 01 Prelude.I'm 90% sure it bolts right up but the question is,and I think I already no but just checking is will the tiptronic work?I don't think it will but just checking anyway.Please let me know if I sound stupid though,lol. I dont think the tranny you have is for the same year model, and probably will not work. However it will bolt up.

It will go into limp mode and barely run
