Meeting to scout locations and run initial planned route

The chat session got some of the initial terms and logistics worked out. I would like to do some scouting and go over locations in person after the Varsity meet August 6th.
I say we could leave the V at 10pm or maybe a bit earlier... we will be out pretty late if your game;) (This is flexible)
Hopefully this is far enough in advance, I would like to see all media contributors in attendance!
For those of you who weren't in the chat session on Sunday, below are some highlights:

kevinbandy1 (9:27:33 PM): We need photographers to go to certain points and shoot the cars as they pass rather than simply part of the caravan
speedminded (9:28:25 PM): i've parked cars on peachtree street in midnight and shot them by myself before
