Had a customer recently dyno my SI Header. This is the 06-08 SI header we had developed. SSR Clone. Comes with test pipe and such.

Year ago customer made 193whp with Intake and Exhaust with a stock header on stock ecu.

Yesterday he bolted my header on, and made 203whp. Not bad, 10whp gain. Then he tuned it with KPRO, and he picked up ANOTHER 10whp!

Pretty cool , these K20 motors are making damn near 220whp with just I/h/e an tuning!

Great numbers, but plenty of people have cloned reputable headers and have since been prosecuted by the shop that actually did the R&D. Not smart. Just my .02, but if i'm not mistaken SSR is still in buisness so be careful dropping names.
Call Active Autowerke and ask them about sending a Supersprint header to China and having it reproduced under their name. I'm sure they will be hush hush about it for legal reasons, after all they had to "discontinue" their original design.

Cant sue over something that has no patent, and , my header is slightly different compared to the real thing.

Why is the AFR so lean (18:1????) before 6k on the one graph? which run is that? Before tuning it was running that lean? Or After? Just bolting on a header will not cause it to go that lean. please educate me.

Common with DBW tip in throttle issues associated with late model hondas .

Fell free to pm 4doorsi on clubrsx he did the test independently

Oh well see there is a Mainstream Logo so that would lead you to beleive it was over there. My bad, thought you tested your own.

I use mainstream and refer them as a tuning facility. I also tag my photos so no one else uses them as their own if they do it gives credit to people/shops I support.

There's some false dyno charts floating around that have been manufactured by other sellers of my products so I tag mine so people know it's true ;)

And the dyno says at the top "horsepower connection" at the top they are in Florida

If you read the top of the graph you will know its not mainstream ;)

I've been busy with the rsx I'm testing my owN si header tomorrow . Sometimes it's also better to have customers post their results as it holds more weight than a manufacturer test
