Wanna trade for my sil coupe? Have you done a compression test?

I prefer a cash deal to another car. Haven't had a need to do a compression test, car is very strong and runs good.

Ok i was just curious if the headgasket was causing the overheating issue. Thxs

I suppose its possible, just haven't even touched the car in a month. No time to work on it. I haven't noticed it burning any coolant and it only does it when you're driving, never at idle. I assumed it was a thermostat or water pump issue but haven't had time to spend on it.

damn chris, good luck with it.
I just realized that I love what you have done with it. wonder why it overheats? prolly thermostat stuck closed. I bought your last s13 from you for 4.5k, and it was set up similar also. I like the coupes better anyways.:D GL

This ones actually set up better in alot of ways than my last car, plus its rhd coolness lol. But its literally sat for a month until i moved it to take pictures, i just dont have the time to invest in it. I realize the pictures are huge and dark, ill try and have better ones up tomorrow.
Dont worry about the car brad lol, ill probably be selling my house pretty soon too.

check the water hoses under the intake manifold, if one is pinched its game over. Good price regardless, even if it is a headgasket, its a $200 job tops, and i sold my RHD for $6500.
Good luck man!

LOL! Yeah it sold pretty quick.. it generated the most interest of any car ive owned. Ill just hang onto the cash and pick up something else a few months down the road when i may actually have time for a project.
