Gah damn! My bay must be permastained then. I use the same shit and can't get my bay clean for the life of me.

Wet the bay.
Spray PP.
Let it sit for a full minute.
Spray PP again.
Scrub.
Pressure wash.

I worked on it a little bit at a time, so it's hard to say. Probably over an hour, though.
