This really explains it. I didn't realize he was on IA...
So this guy texts me, offering an RB20 swapped 240sx for my miata... kinda a weird trade offer condsidering the price differences. We work out the fine details and I'd be giving him some cash and my car, for his... then we work out a time to meet. The time to meet is 4pm at the Acura dealership on Satellite Boulevard... probably 2 hours and 15 minutes away from my house. The guy insisted he wanted my stock wheels, so I have to have a friend follow me, carrying the wheels. So I had to bring 2 cars, over 2 hours away. We're running late due to traffic, but the guy knows this. He then texts me when we're about an hour away saying he was just called in for a job interview but assures me it won't take long. We arrive to the meeting place about 5:15. At about 7:15 he texts me and tells me he will be there soon. Around 7:30, he texts me saying he's leaving and it will be 45 minutes, "PLEASE wait!". 8:15... NOTHING. He won't answer texts, calls, nothing. At 9:10 we finally decide to leave.
He wouldn't answer until around 12 that night, saying he got busy. I wasted money on gas for two cars and wasted most of my day for this fucker. Luckily, I had a backup and was able to sell my LS wheels, so it wasn't a complete loss.
