15x6.5 4x100 konigs

ok so i got these in a trade about 2 weeks ago and im ready to let them go they are 15x7 +40 offset 4x100 konig holes with 195/55/15 tires on them that have about 60%+ tread life left with no camber wear gunmetal with a polished lip there clean but the lip has clear coat issues on 1 of them due to a brake fluid leak on previous owners car the wheels look good no lie but i want something smaller to slam my car for alliance assuming ill make it comes with hub centric rings
price $400 obo
mainly want to trade for other wheels will consider oem wheels plus some cash or other wheels preferably 15s but will consider 16s id love to have a nice offset
