a simple question

i have a 1988 prelude and hate the tail light http://i447.photobucket.com/albums/qq195/lrudy54/1989%20Honda%20Prelude/08-0936.jpg

found a 1991 prelude at pull a part and it has much nicer tail light http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff9/accordexpictures/APRELUDE015.jpg

need a prelude genus plz tell me if they would fit.back light, trunk and bumper.

They should be the same. Dont quote me on it though because im not 100% positive but i believe they are the same.

I guess you mean tail lights...

Buy it from the junkyard, they are what, $5? lol Give it a shot, looks the same.

Looks like it will fit perfectly. Honda has been doing this for years. Changing the tailights to make the cars look newer and a different model.

It may be the way I am looking at it but the light under the trunk on the 88 looks alittle bigger(taller) than the light on the 91. But like I said it could just be the way I am looking at it.
