the asus p5k board can support - core 2 quad, core 2 duo, core 2 extreme, pentium extreme, pentium d , and pentium 4 processors

the intel dg45 id can support - core 2 quad, core 2 duo, pentium dual core, celeron dual core, and celeron 400
