Car just turns off randomly

My mom is having some issues with her 1999 Honda accord. She is tellig me that it just turns off at random times maybe once a week. She just pulls off the road and turns the car back on and she is on her way. The car doesn't overheat and always turns over the very first time she tries. Could anyone giver some pointers as to what may be going on? Thanks for any assistance.

Ignition switch? I believe there is a recall for Hondas of those years.

^ Most likely the reason. Yeah it is a common problem with those year accords. But, if for some reason it isn't the issue, check all your connectors and grounds.

How much do those usually run? Will the dealership cover the recall?
