Madden 10/NCAA 10 or Both?

I'm more of an NFL guy and only usually get the NCAA to import rosters, but now that you can download the rosters I might not get NCAA.

What about everyone else?

I've played both Madden and NCAA at different times in the past, but I'm a much bigger college fan. I'm planning on picking up NCAA 2010 in large part because the option was fun as hell to run on 2009, and now it should be that much better (since my school is ranked).

NCAA is usually the one I prefer, then again I'm not a big NFL guy.

I perfer Madden cuz every year the game always got some new feature to it and with 2010 it gets even better and more realistic
