my speedo stops at 20 mph when at idle. sometimes it doesnt work sometimes it works but is about 20-25 over the actual speed. suggestions?

TPS needs to be adjusted or your vss is bad

vss might be badd or shorted somewhere, and or the ground wire near thermostat housing loose.. check it
