ok to make a long story short. i bought a car the guy gave me the title . so i waited to go get the tag .. and then when i decided 2 go get it, i could not find the title . so i guess i lost the tile .. and now i can not find the guy who sold me the car so that he could get a replacment title since it was in his name ........

so what i am asking is how can i get a title for the car????

some one told me like a shop can get a title for it .say like if some one sent the car in for repair and never cam back 2 pick it up they can get one for it ... is that true? cuz the car hasnt been registerd for like over 4 months

thats all i know...really....talk to a buddie or know someone that has a auto shop...shit happens to them like this all the time and they dont have the time to do it themselves so they hire a "title getter" to do it. and the shop would get a better price on the service just cuz they'll run into many of those problems where you yourself has just one so you'll pay more than what the shop would be paying for.

oh and if you find the OEM owner than take tht person to the title office in south atlanta off of henry ford II ave. on 75 south., so that you'll get the title right then and there when the OEM owner gets the title replaced, u SHOULD go ahead and transfer the car to your name immediately so you'll get the title in your name right then and there also.

get a title bond pretty simple and fill out the form. I had to do it for my crx and my integra because neither came with a title (wellt he intergra didnt the crx did but it was invalid) its easy and save you a headache.
